4 1/2 Pounds Spare Ribs
1 Bottle Barbeque Sauce

Chef Michael's Spare Ribs Directions

  1. Place ribs on a cooking rack.
  2. Seasoning, sprinkle both sides of the ribs with Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic. 
  3. Cover with aluminum foil.  
  4. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees. 
  5. Place ribs in the oven and cook for 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours remove from oven, remove and discard aluminum foil. 
  7. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce.
  8. Turn oven up to 350 degrees.
  9. After the oven is up to temperature, place ribs back in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  10. After 30 minutes, take the ribs out and coat one more time with barbeque sauce. 
  11. Place back in the oven and cook for 30 minutes more. 
  12. After the final 30 minutes, remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before eating.

Recipe notes

Barbeque sauce doesn't matter. Just use whatever brand you prefer. Please note that this recipe can be for either beef or pork ribs. Also, note that you can cook for the final hour ( Barbeque sauce stage.) on your barbeque on medium heat.
