Catering Requests
Ladies and gentlemen,
I will be taking catering requests. Please keep in mind that for now, I will be limiting my services to certain areas until I retire from my day job or if things take off, whichever comes first. Those areas are as follows, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, and Lower Upstate New York (At my discretion). I will be offering the following catering service, both In-house and on location culinary delights.
Due to the nature of my services, I can offer personalized catering service from 1-100 people. Whether it is buffet style or plate service, the quality of my culinary skills does not change. I personally cook every dish myself, with the same passion and dedication whether it is for my personal family and friends or an event for a stranger.
I will be offering everything from, Hors d'oeuvres for cocktail parties to individual specialty plates. Depending upon your budget, you can get anything from a 5 to 20-course meal. At this time I am unable to offer staffing services, unfortunately, that means you would have to hire servers, bartenders, and any other wait staff on your own. All of the dishes that I will be preparing will be my own recipes with the exception of desserts, bread, and beverages. I am neither a baker or a bartender, any and all desserts, bread, and beverages will be from a reputable third-party vendor at your request.
